Debbie Long entered the real estate industry over 27 years ago. She knew, at that time, she would be helping people find and sell homes, but she was not aware of how personally attached she would become to each of those families and how en-ingrained she would eventually be in the happenings of so many communities, diverse cultures, and people of all different personalities.

Debbie expects all of the agents under her supervision to display the highest degree of integrity and professionalism, as that is what she demands of herself.

Striving to always "do the right thing" for her clients and the real estate industry as a whole, she is now the owner and operator of her own brokerage and prides herself on training her Realtors to lead with their hearts and truly serve their clients first and foremost. Kieran was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and has resided on the Northshore for 28 years. Her love of real estate started at a young age, influenced by her uncle that was a renown home builder. After a long career in healthcare, Kieran took the plunge into real estate fulltime and she is so happy she did. Kieran loves connecting with others and finds it a privilege to guide and support them through such an important life transition. As a listing specialist and certified professional home stager, Kieran brings her eye and expertise to every listing appointment. Her passion is most evident when working alongside the seller’s sharing stories and learning about their goals, hopes and dreams as they prepare to close this chapter and start anew.
